Who runs ThePartsCar? ThePartsCar is operated by Kentuckyee LLC, a registered Kentucky company (212 N. 2nd St. STE 100, Richmond, KY 40475). We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

Where do orders ship from? We are a curated retailer — we do not run our own warehouse. We partner with a verified US-based fulfillment provider in California that stores inventory and ships orders directly to customers on our behalf. Tracking is provided for every order.

Compatibility

Will this fit my Tesla Model 3 Highland (2024+)?

Yes — products clearly labeled "Highland" or "Model 3 2024+" are specifically designed for the refreshed Model 3. If a product doesn't mention Highland, check the description for compatibility years. When in doubt, email us with your VIN or model year.

Will this fit my Tesla Model Y Juniper (2025+)?

Products labeled "Juniper" or "Model Y 2025+" fit the refreshed Model Y. Note that some 2020-2024 Model Y accessories do not fit the Juniper refresh because of the updated dash, mirror caps, and rear panel — we always specify in the title.

Do you have parts for Cybertruck?

Our Cybertruck selection is growing. Check our Tesla Universal collection for accessories that work across all Tesla models including Cybertruck.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All US orders ship from our partner fulfillment warehouse in California, USA. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for most addresses in the continental US.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US shipping: 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States (50 states + DC). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

What if my product doesn't fit?

If you can prove the product doesn't fit the model/year you ordered for, we'll refund or exchange immediately. We'd rather lose a sale than have an unhappy Tesla owner.

OEM-Compatible Parts

Are your TPMS sensors original Tesla parts, or aftermarket replacements?

Our TPMS sensors are OEM-compatible aftermarket replacements — manufactured to match original Tesla specifications. They cross-reference part number 1074812-00-B and program identically to the factory sensors. They are not genuine Tesla OEM parts.

Will the Pyrofuse work on my Audi Q4 / VW ID series?

Yes — the High Voltage Pyrofuse 11K915463B is the standard battery disconnect unit used in Audi Q4 e-tron, VW ID.3, ID.4, Skoda Enyaq, and related MEB-platform EVs.

Warranty & Guarantee

What warranty comes with my purchase?

Every product is backed by three layers of protection:

  • 30-day return window — Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • 90-day quality guarantee — If your product develops a defect within 90 days of delivery (and the defect is not caused by misuse, damage, or wear), we'll replace or refund it free of charge.
  • 12-month manufacturer warranty — Most products carry a manufacturer warranty of 12 months against material and workmanship defects. We act as your liaison with the manufacturer for warranty claims; contact us with photos and your order number to start a claim.

What's NOT covered by warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffed floor mats after 6 months of daily use)
  • Damage from improper installation (especially for electrical/EV charging products)
  • Cosmetic damage caused after delivery (e.g., scratches from dropped items)
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by the buyer
  • Items installed against manufacturer guidelines or local code (EV chargers without licensed electrician)

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email support@thepartscar.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the defect
  3. Short description of when/how the issue appeared

We respond within 24 hours. Most claims resolved within 3-5 business days.
