Who we are
ThePartsCar is an online retail store founded in 2025 by Emrah Cavusdag and operated by Kentuckyee LLC, a registered Kentucky limited liability company (212 N. 2nd St. STE 100, Richmond, KY 40475, USA). We are an independent retailer — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
What we do
We curate a focused catalog of Tesla-compatible accessories — Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck — and make them easy to find for North American Tesla owners. Every product page lists the specific Tesla models and years the part fits, so you don't have to guess.
How we ship — full transparency
We operate as a curated retailer: we don't manufacture the parts ourselves, and we don't run our own warehouse. Instead, we partner with a verified US-based fulfillment provider that stores inventory in California and ships orders directly to your address on our behalf.
- Origin: Orders ship from a partner warehouse in California, USA.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days for most addresses in the continental United States.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.
- If a product is temporarily out of US stock we contact you before processing — we do not silently ship from overseas without your consent.
Why we built this
The Tesla aftermarket is fragmented. Many catalogs list "universal fit" parts that don't actually fit the Highland refresh of the Model 3 or the Juniper refresh of the Model Y. Others ship from overseas with 3-week waits and no clear returns process. ThePartsCar exists to give US Tesla owners a focused, US-shipped alternative with model-year-accurate listings and a real return policy.
